Abstract
Stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia, hingga saat ini belum ada pengobatan yang dapat menyembuhkan penyakit stroke. Telah banyak penelitian yang membahas mengenai pencegahan terjadinya stroke, namun belum banyak yang membahas mengenai pengobatan untuk menyembuhkan stroke. Dewasa ini terapi dengan sel punca telah banyak dipergunakan untuk berbagai penyakit yang belum dapat disembuhkan dengan obat-obatan modern salah satunya stroke. Untuk itu penulis ingin mengangkat tema terapi sel punca terhadap penyakit stroke.
